OVER SIZE ITEMS: All item numbers indicating additional shipping costs are considered oversize and require an additional charge. Oversize shipping costs are in addition to the normal shipping charges. GLASS: All glass is shipped directly from the manufacturer and requires special shipping. Shipping charges for glass items are listed in the item description. ALASKA, HAWAII AND CANADA: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be charged the actual shipping cost. Please call or e-mail for a shipping quote. SHIPPING ADDRESS: Mr. Nomad ships UPS and USPS. Give complete street address and zip code when ordering. UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. If you live on a rural route with box numbers, include your phone number. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS Inspect your package immediately upon receipt. In the event that your package is damaged in transit, you must file a claim with the delivery company immediately. They are responsible and pick up the damaged item and packaging. The delivery company will issue a claim and the merchandise will be replaced. Do not send the package back to us. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES RETURNS: If you need to return a part, please call or e-mail before shipping the part to us. We will discuss the problem and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returns must be shipped prepaid, properly packaged and fully insured. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original package. Installed items can not be returned. There will be no charge on items returned within 15 days. Items returned after 15 days, but prior to 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All refunds are less shipping charges. No Refunds after 30 days. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: No returns on electrical items, wiring, books, literature, decals, glass, and all special order items. Parts that have been installed are not returnable. DEFECTIVE PARTS: If you receive a defective part, notify us immediately. We will exchange the item or refund your money within the 30 day return period. SHORTAGES: If you find something missing from your shipment, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Shortage claims will not be accepted after this time. Please check your package immediately upon receipt. GENERAL INFORMATION GUARANTEE: All of our parts are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days. This guarantee does not apply to in the event of any misuse, neglect, or improper installation. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY: All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Parts can be discontinued without notice. DISCLAIMER: The following is made in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. Seller and Manufacture's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential arising out of, the use, misuse or inability's of the product.
